Our Carbondale location is located in the former office of Dr. Donna Buraczewski, O.D. in Carbondale, PA. This new, recently renovated location features a brand new, spacious modern optical stocked with the latest styles in eyewear. It is equipped with many of the same diagnostic instruments and technology as our Honesdale and Dingmans Ferry offices. These instruments include OCT, Visual Field Perimetry, Fundus Photography, Dark Adoptometry and Tear Lab.

In this office we can diagnose and treat ocular disease such as dry eye, glaucoma, macular degeneration as well as many others. Just like our other locations, could based records systems allows for seamless transfer of patients between all locations. Dr. Sparks, Dr.Gillow, and Dr. Buraczewski see patients at this location on Monday through Friday.
